Martin, the first ten times I read your comment, I thought it said "typography." I kept going back to the FAQ to see what was so awful about the layout

The question is great. The "system-of-tiny-externally-facing-hooks" is the absolute worst. The hooks always break and fall down inside the case leaving you with a cd that makes noise before you even play it.
