I have a few questions that I've been curiose about.1. Why do you offer a two month free trail of Basecamp, but offer a 30 day trail of your other products?
2. You don’t have to enter your credit card information to start using Basecamp, but your required to enter your card info to start using your other products. Why is that?
3. What app does your support team use to stay on top of questions and concerns? i.e. Zendesk? I’d imagen your using an app built internally, but just-incase.
4. Who did you end up hiring to improve conversion and retention? I’d like to follow him or her on Twitter.
5. Noah, your a ‘data analyst.’ I’m not sure what that means, but I’d like to know more specially how a role like yours contributes to a team.

4. Why haven’t you created an email campaign tool and/or help desk ticketing tool?
5. Why was Jason Fried removed as a Board of Director from Groupon.
6. Do DHH and Jason Fried actually get along given their public disagreement in topics often.
7. How did DHH become a partner at 37signals (eg financial investment by David?)
