Signal v. Noise, a publication about the web
37signals company-wide meetup in Chicago is underway.
have fun dudes!
Oh, i see, if it’s a “meetup” it’s alright, if it’s a meeting, then NO NEVER!!!!!!!!
I see Jamis decided to stop lollygagging at random airports and actually got on the plane.
Wow, so many people already! Did you guys have a similar surprised feeling finally seeing everyone in the same room? (also, the shot makes it look a lot like a classroom, but I guess that’s intentional)
Roodie, we’ve never said that a company should NEVER meet. We hold company-wide get togethers a couple of times a year and encourage folks to come to HQ at other times too.
oh…... 37signals is huuuuuuggggggeee now…. :(
Only a couple people in the front row… that always happens in college too. Are Jason and David THAT scary :)
JK… getting together like this is a GREAT idea.
Although, its none of our business, I wouldn’t mind a video. Obviously one that doesn’t touch on anything business sensitive.
together like this is a GREAT idea[/blockquote]
Yeah, that’s why companies have been doing it, basically, since time began. You know, 37 Signals didn’t think of EVERYTHING…
I didn’t know Mikey from American Chopper worked there.
Two Thumbs on that comment!
lakshmanan: How many people do you think there are in the photo? I don’t think we agree on “huge”.
When did you hire Mikey from American Choppers?
From the photo, looks like Mikey is sitting in on the class .
I’ve linked here to the exact student I’m referring too.
So who’s the teacher’s pet in the front row? :)
@Brian : Ha, I was thinking the same thing!
That really does look like Mikey from American Choppers.
