I’ll take two! One for me to ride around at 100 miles per hour and the second one to keep once I wreck the first one.

Sorry, I just don’t concurr. Looks like a dressed up, simplified Pontiac instead of an elegant european.

Why can’t anyone design a great-looking car that doesn’t look like a mid-life-crisis masturbation material? Not since the original beetle have we had anything really new and interesting that’s not just an update/rehash/pastiche of something old.

Looks like Aston Martin. Sad, but maserati lost their originality…

I agree with Insa, very Aston like, but still looks fricking good :)

Finally, a car we agree on. You loved the R8 but I thought it was bad in pictures and even worse in person. This is a masterpiece. I love the (original) Birdcage influences.
Hopefully it loses it’s value as hard as the GranSport and Quattroporte unfortunately have and they’ll be selling for mid-$40’s with 10,000 miles in a couple years. That would be an interesting option. Though we’re still talking Ferrari maintenance costs on that engine…
Nicer than the outgoing model for sure, but I still like the < ahref=”http://img.netcarshow.com/Maserati-Quattroporte_Executive_GT_2006_800×600_wallpaper_01.jpg”>Quattroporte better.
I really do love the Italian car designs… unfortunately, without a stable of awesome software applications to my credit I will have to wait for Alfa Romeo’s return to the U.S.

You have got it wrong, the GranTurismo is replacing the current Coupe, not the GranSport, model.

Sorry Chris. But i think you didn’t get it right. People don’t want revoultionary designs. They want things they already know. A drawer, is a drawer. We don’t wand fundemental new drawers. Just a drawer with a smooth open/close mechanism. That’s it. Same to cars, same to everyday things.

on 24 Feb 07Yes, we know, you’ve got a new product coming out…what to do with all that cash… ;)

on 24 Feb 07The car is nice, but I looooove those wheels… Look closely.

on 24 Feb 07Bill P: Ahh, the logo! Nice catch. FYI: Those wheels are from the Birdcage concept.

Geoffrey Sneddon
on 24 Feb 07In many ways similar to the MC12… far more practical, undoubtedly :)

on 25 Feb 07Looks nice, but compared to aTesla Roadster it’s pretty lousy – in all departments.
P.S. Why would anyone want a 4-seater sports car? Those back seats are not big enough for a dog anyway.
