on 26 Mar 09Looking forward to it. Can we only submit questions during the broadcast, or can we send them in advance?
ML
on 26 Mar 09Only during the broadcast Ric.
Dmitry
on 26 Mar 09Hmm, i don’t get it. Permatime says it will be at 18:00 in Kiev, Europe GMT+2, but you say it’s at 17:00 in London, which is GMT+0 :)
JF
on 26 Mar 09BTW: You can submit questions by @37signals or #37live on Twitter if you’d like. You can start lining those up.
Don MacDonald
on 26 Mar 09Will the video file be posted so those of us who can’t watch live can see it later?
Ric
on 26 Mar 09Thanks for the info on questions via twitter, Jason.
Andy Allan
on 26 Mar 09Classic timezone FAIL – USA is on summer time (DST) already, but Europe isn’t, so the usual difference between Central Time and UK time doesn’t apply this week!
AndyW
on 26 Mar 09Guys, you may want to check your time zones next time… you started at 4pm GMT instead of the 5pm you put in your post, so I missed all but the last ten minutes.
:o(
Please can you post a video on YouTube or something so I can watch it from the start?
Tony Han
on 26 Mar 09Is there mistake? Isn’t 11am CST == 1am Tokyo Time? I’m in Beijing, just missed the chance cause took Tokyo for reference …
alex
on 26 Mar 09Permatime had the right times for any location including the UK (that is what it was built for after all). Unfortunately the hard coded GMT time in the blog post was off by an hour. Like Allan said above: Classic timezone FAIL.
We are much pleased that you guys have chosen permatime.com for this announcement. Thanks and keep up the great work!

on 26 Mar 09Ahh daylight savings changes strike again…
I tried emailing you about this but should have known better than to send it to your ‘newsletter’ account. The UK (and most of Europe I suspect) doesn’t change time till this weekend. So it’s currently only 4 hrs between NYC and London therefore 5 between here and Chicago. Since the US decided to extend DST a couple years ago this 3 week period always causes some confusion.
Jon Moss
on 26 Mar 09Aha! That will explain why I caught the last 2 minutes, tweeted the link, checked back and poof, vanish, you had gone!
Doh. Time zone fail :-)
Derek Hollis
on 26 Mar 09Do you have a link of the recorded show if we missed it?
Scott
on 27 Mar 09Ditto to what Derek just said.
ML
on 27 Mar 09We’ll post a link to the archived show at live.37signals.com. Not sure exactly when it will go up though.
Dan
on 27 Mar 09Actually it’s been at 16 GMT.
Alex
on 28 Mar 09WTF, where is Moscow?
