The Sound of Young America’s Odd Ends episode features an interview with Kasper Hauser, a San Francisco comedy sketch group. In it, they offer up some hilarious examples of screwing with Craigslist scammers: Listen to the excerpt (MP3) or check out the whole episode of the podcast (KH is at the beginning).
If you dig that, more KH: KHraigslist is the group’s collection of fake Craigslist ads. And they also have a SkyMaul spoof catalog (it’s a book too).

on 05 Dec 07It’s pretty scary that I recently saw one of those SkyMaul products in real life!
I was driving behind a VW Taureg that had a Hybrid emblem on the back and as a fellow VW owner I’m pretty sure that they don’t make one…

on 05 Dec 07There is a mod kit to turn VWs into biodiesel. but the VW Taureg is the first Hybrid VW.

on 05 Dec 07If you don’t know about Kaspar Hauser, search Jacobus on youtube. Its a V-Log from the 14th century. No joke. Those guys don’t get enough hits for the amount of funny they are.

Er, uh…
Any make of diesel engine can run biodiesel, without any modifications. Of course you’d wanna make sure your VW has ‘TDI’ emblem on the trunk before you go pumping Biodiesel into it, or you’ll be very sorry.
I think what you mean is that there are ways to modify diesel engines to run on vegetable oil.

Yes, I should have been more clear on the fact it has to be a diesel VW. This article is what I am talking about modification wise.
http://www.wisegeek.com/how-can-a-diesel-engine-be-converted-to-biodiesel.htm. I should also make it clear that any diesel can do this, it doesn’t have to be a VW.
