In online coursework where we’re assigned to work in groups on projects that would result in a shared grade (no matter who contributed what), the offered evaluation forms were typically ratings 1-5 and/or along the lines of “did this person contribute meaningfully?” etc. For an accurate summary of a person’s contribution to the team, the right question to ask is: “Would you choose to work with this person on a future project?”
