Tell us about yourself - the 2012 Signal vs. Noise reader survey
Every few years, we run a survey of Signal vs. Noise readers. We hope you’ll take a few minutes to tell about yourself and what you’d like to see more of in the future.
You’re reading Signal v. Noise, a publication about the web by Basecamp since 1999. Happy !

on 21 Jul 12Hi Team,
When I first discovered Basecamp, that was after reading Rework. I then ruled my own company alone and 37signals made possible to do a incredible amount of work, and most of all, made possible to never miss any task, due to do, call to be returned, an so on.
I now work for another company,
elephorm
and began their education using Basecamp and the suite.I think very few tools can compete 37signals when it comes to productivity. I use a lot of on line services to complement 37signals, noticeably Wufoo and MadMimi.
I wish interaction could be even tighter with Wufoo, and I love csv and vCards exports that allow to create very surgical email campaigns in a snap.
Thank you, I’m wondering if you have Training Centers or a Label you could grant to companies like Elephorm to propose “37signals Certified Training”

on 22 Jul 12I’ve been using BC and the like for about 3 years I guess and am a bit of a 37S fanboy. Love the boks, love the products and love the briefness of the blog articles (something I try and instill in our company blog).
Personally, I like the business management articles the most. Keep ‘em coming. I notice you’ve started to tweet about products that integrate with your software recently. I’ve foudn some absolutel gems so more of these as well please – but obviously only the good ones :)
In terms of the products, I’d like to see freemium return to the new Basecamp. I think removing it is one of the few mistakes you’ve made. I pressume an update to the now tired looking Highrise and Backback are on the cards. If not, a visual update would be grand so that transition from each app is more coherent.
Other than that, superb work
